High End Systems Announces Release of DL.3 Digital Light

The DL.3 Digital Light integrates a media server loaded with a wealth of digital content with a high output 3-chip light engine, a highly sensitive HAD sensor camera and an infrared illumination system. DL.3 mounts like any other intelligent moving luminaire and controls just as easily with plug-and-play operation using standard DMX cabling and protocols. Production set-up time is reduced as there is no need for RGB cabling, and racks of servers are no longer necessary at front-of-house or backstage area. Collage Generator™ This patent-pending feature enables multiple DL.2 and DL.3 units to create seamless vertical, horizontal or central panoramic media projections controlled from a lighting console. Using multiple digital lighting fixtures allow you to increase effective screen luminance. BRANSON STAR THEATRE CONTINUES SOFT GOODS OVERHAUL

Koster Design supplied wall coverings for one of the theatres giving it a much more inviting theatrical look and feel. Additonally, new borders, legs and even a new main curtain was installed... all within budget and in time for opening.

Branson Puts On A Show At The 2008 ABA Convention

Virginia Beach, VA - In February Koster Design was called on to light Branson's portion of the ABA Convention for the third consecutive year.

PROGRAMMING/REHEARSALS

This year the bar was raised for production as the rig consisted of 84 Vari*Lites as well as a massive amount of Color Kinetics LED fixtures, ETC Source Four Pars, Thomas 8-Lites and more.

LIVERPOOL LEGENDS

A multitude of Branson shows, singers, comedians, bands and dancers took the stage in front of a packed house.

TWELVE IRISH TENORS

The lighting rig was controlled via two High End Systems Hog iPC Consoles running in Hog 3 mode, and one ETC Express 24/48 Controller.

ROY ROGERS JR. & HIGHRIDERS

The moving light package consisted of (30) VL3500 Wash, (26) VL3000Q Spot & (28) VL2500 Spots fixtures from Vari*Lite.

THE COMETS

Two High End Systems DL.2 fixtures controlled the media content on the center screen.

PAUL HARRIS & JOE DIFFIE

The entire convention ceiling is comprised of Color Kinetics LED Fixtures and hundreds of Source Four Pars for various looks in the house.
