THE VL3500 WASH!

 Debuting at this year's LDI show is the soon to be released VL3500™ Wash luminaire, the newest member of the VARI*LITE® Series 3000™ family of luminaires. CUSTOMER OF THE MONTH

NORTHVIEW CHRISTIAN LIFE CHURCH LOCATED IN CARMEL, INDIANA

This church has an amazing service highlighted with some incredible video, lighting and sound. Koster Design has redesigned and revamped their current rig and are now installing a new lighting system caterering to their high impact video. We would like to thank Scott Pongratz for his enthusiasm and understanding of their lighting system and what it is capable of.

The gear list includes a Hog 1000, VL2500 Spots and Source Four Ellipsoidals and Pars that all color mix via Wybron CXI Scrollers.

TECHNICAL RECOMMENDATION

ETCP TESTING & CERTIFICATION

The Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP) is a new industry-wide program that is bringing together an unprecedented group of industry organizations, businesses and individuals to create a program of rigorous assessments for professional technicians.

The electrical examination will be offered in New York, NY (The Westin Times Sqaure) and the Los Angeles area (Local 80 in Burbank, CA) on Saturday, November 11, 2006. Registration for accepted candidates begins at 8:30 a.m. The examination instructions will begin at 9:00 a.m., and following the instructions, candidates will be given three hours to complete the examination. Those who pass this rigorous test will become ETCP Certified Entertainment Electricians - and will be recognized as the industry's best.
