UX/UI PROJECT:

ALLSTATE GOOD HANDS RESCUE

Joined the project when some of the development and the design was already done. It was a challenging and interesting experience to wrap new design and UX ideas around the existing core.

The two (successfully accomplished) main goals were to design a good user experience, and to make the necessary development changes to a very minimum.

TASKS ACCOMPLISHED:

UX/UI
Visual Design
User Stories
App Flow Diagrams
User Testing
Design Production
Style Guide
Development assistance

TOOLS USED:

Adobe Creative Cloud
Sketch
InVision
WEEBLY
MockApp
MS Office
WebEx

Created new User Stories; made significant changes to the App Flow; and produced a new, detailed user flow diagrams for all Use Cases.

Offered an improved approach to creating the App Flow, so it was easy for me to make changes, and even easier for the developers to follow them. The Development team had very few questions after the new flow was introduced, and the overall effectiveness of the development was drastically improved.

Using agile approach, quickly responded to the needs of the tech team, while building UX flow diagrams, making InVision interactive prototypes, creating wireframes, and designing the visual elements.
